M Y was attentive and responsive in the beginning of the case as a we got into a year of the case I started to notice how during trial she really wasn't making sure the proper questions was being asked nor did I feel heard. She got very disrespectful within the second year ignoring my calls, not texting back, she even got rude and very unprofessional upon my trying to make an appointment to discuss the case BEfore trial not to mention she had been paid in full. I will say she was affordable and did return the last payment I sent because we parted ways.

Read the reviews...its more bad than good and I wish I had followed my 1st mind. She is very unprofessional and unresponsive.

Atty Yancy has been very helpful in a visitation issue my husband had with his ex-wife. She gave us realistic expectations and always followed through timely. My husband was very pleased with the outcome and services proved by Atty Yancy. Her fees are reasonable. I highly recommend her for your family dispute needs.

It has been a pleasure to work with Mary Yancy. She is very knowledgable of the law and she keeps the clients best interest at the forefront of her work. Mary has a very down to earth personality, she is understanding and never made me feel as if my concerns were insignificant. I felt confident walking into the court room with her by my side. Any time communication was sent or received on my behalf she kept me informed via email or text message. If you need to be babysat or have trust issues then she is not the attorney for you. She won't call you every day, she might not call you every week. She communicates when necessary but I always felt confident that she was handling business properly. She is very professional and comes across as very genuine. I used/am currently using Mary for Family Law.

Mary Yancy will not return my phone calls or emails. I paid her to do a QDRO following my divorce. The divorce decree stated it should take no longer than 6 months. It has been over a year and I am still waiting with no communication from her. I have filed a grievance with the Attorney Grievance Commission.

Ms. Yancy failed to file a complete motion in my case including a brief which caused for the court to return my motion and cancel my hearing. Ms. Yancy was not responsive and did not keep me informed of my case proceedings.
