John M. Chase III helped me with my father's probate. I live almost 2,400 miles away but he made me feel like he was just down the street. He's the kind of attorney who told me everything I would need to do up front and that was it - there were no surprises along the way and the process actually finished faster than I expected. I never wondered where things stood as John kept me informed of everything I needed to know and was readily available by phone or email. He was also respectful and gracious. Good bankruptcy attorney. I was nervous about choosing an attorney for a bankruptcy but luckily I found the right one. They helped explain the process very well and were very realistic and honest with me about my case. I would recomend them to any of my family or friends going through financial crisis.

I wish I could give ZERO stars!! My father's went through THREE different "investigative" attorney assistants before even being given to medical experts for review. They held the records, "reviewing" them for TWO years before deciding they weren't taking the case!! Such an injustice and waste of time. Now we're under the gun, unnecessarily, under the statute of limitations to find a competent law firm to find justice for my father. I am a registered nurse (24 years) practicing in another state. There were SO many examples of negligence/malpractice evident from the ER and throughout his five and a half week hospitalization, including 7 days in ICU, all the while developing more complications in hospital in a large multi-system network. I am throughly disgusted and my father didn't deserve any of this! He went from completely independent to dependent on others from this event. Please, save yourself time, disappointment and seek other legal assistance! I wish I'd read reviews first (3.7 out of 5 stars) but we were referred by another law firm. Live and learn, I guess. Just heed my warning...please
