I am very pleased with Mr. Menzer's service I've been using this law term for the past I say 7 years I am very applauded by his service keep up the good work.

I hired McKeen & Associates to represent me in a medical malpractice lawsuit after suffering a devastating injury that impacted my life, and that of my family. I was told of Brian McKeen's stellar reputation and told that McKeen & Associates was the law firm that would most aggressively represent my interests. The lawyer who was assigned to my case was Kenneth Lee. I cannot speak highly enough of his representation. From the outset, he was responsive, informative, thoroughly knowledgeable, and compassionate. Early on in the case, he came to my home and explained the entire process to my wife and I and put our minds at ease. Throughout the case, which was rather contentiously litigated, Mr. Lee kept me informed of developments in the case, always timely answered my many inquiries, and thoroughly explained each step of the process. When it came time to negotiate a resolution of the case, Mr. Lee and Mr. McKeen zealously advocated for me and allowed me to feel like I was a significant part of the team in obtaining the best and most valuable settlement that could be achieved. I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with McKeen & Associates, and I would emphatically recommend that any person who has a potential medical malpractice, or other personal injury case, contact this firm. You will not regret it.

This law firm has a good reputation but their support staff is horrible. Zero follow up and nothing but the run around. I am so glad I fired them and now I have a smaller law firm that at least pretends to care about my case. I wonder if Brian Mckeen has a clue what his support staff is up to? If you get an investigator named Rachel Macpherson assigned to your claim I would get a new attorney. Either this woman is severely over worked or she just doesn't care. Regardless, I would look elsewhere for a qualified attorney.

The pre-eminent medical malpractice firm in the field. Brian and Andy Kay have done some amazing work for me and my friends. I cannot speak highly enough of them and the passion they have for their clients is beyond approach. Specifically, they were able to get a recovery that was much larger than anticipated.

Walter Metzen is an experienced, reliable and personable professional bankruptcy attorney. He is very thorough as he explains the law and what you are to expect. After my discharge I received emails asking how husband and myself were doing. One day I requested some documents which I had misplaced and within 15 minutes they were emailed to me from his office. Is that what is called customer service? I look at it as being someone who cares about others. For those needing his service Atty Metzen comes with a high recommendation from me.
