Looking at these 5 star reviews leaves me a bit confused. My brother was killed back in 2021 in a car accident. We called Top Dog and was told that my brother's case did NOT meet their firms requirements and we needed to reach out to the "state barr" .... If I could give zero stars, I would. This is saddening that a family has to go years with no help, no answers, just nothing but lost and heartache. I know we can't be the only ones they've turned down. If so, what made his case any different from anyone else besides the fact that he's no longer alive.

I had a medical malpractice case ,was already injured twice before I hired mckeen and associates. Win the little class action case of 39ppl it was 6tho,Kenneth Lee goes and hired a company to send a letter to Medicare recovery company saying they represents me and I owe them money. How do I owe Medicare when it was a malpractice not an injury case.I went to them for a injury I already had they was supposed to treat that injury but instead started treating a non injured back for more money. That is medical malpractice. I called the Medicare Recovery Company They indicated that Kenneth Lee sent a letter with my signature (forged) without my knowledge back in 2022 alone with massive llc .The recovery company said they did not reach out to Kenneth Lee he went through an online portal telling these ppl I owe them money..On Aug 19,2022 Kenneth Lee and massive sent the recovery company a letter with my signature. And starting Aug 22 they start sending out notifications. I calls Medicare they have no knowledge so I call the number on the letter they say look we didn't say you owe us money your attorney reached out to us saying you owe us money from a incident that happened on 2_01_2017 .That would be the day they treated me .my neck injury occurred November 6 2015 on the medical summary from Kenneth Lee it is made up all the diagnosis codes are wrong Dr Thomas was my primary doctor why would he give a back diagnosis code,New grace is closed they did not give that code they treated me for a pinched nerve in my lower back fro a car accident. They said Karmonos gave them a back diagnosis code I called Karmonos that is not the code they gave the insurance company. Why my attorney is out here lying? I don't know ,why is he moving foul,can't answer no questions .If I didn't have an injury what's the point of lying to Medicare .Medicare said I can not owe them if I did not have Medicare in 2017 no records of me owning them anything. Kenneth Lee did not reach out to Medicare nor did he reach out to me to say he was sending this letter.he reached out to Medicare recovery company who said they had no idea what he was talkn abt but since my attorney is telling them that then they are going by what he said.I DID NOT OWE THEM BECAUSE IT WAS NO INJURY. BARBARA COLBERT BROOKS I TOLD HER I DID NOT HAVE ANY MEDICAL COST on Aug 19,2024 after holding our money for 1yr 1mnth I have been calling the whole entire office on griswold is a joke I'm call they just send me to voice mail for a whole week.I hope God fines away for me to sue Kenneth Lee for his unethical behavior his arrogance and ignorance

I was really feeling bad about having to file Bankruptcy at this point in my life. I worked with Mr. Metzen in the past. He reassured me that everything would be ok. He got to work immediately on my case. The process went smooth with him.

I was embarrassed to think about having to file for bankruptcy let alone not knowing how to do it the correct way by myself. After some research I knew bankruptcy was not something I could do by myself. Walter Metzen & Associates had the reviews I liked and after speaking with Walter I felt comfortable going forward with applying for chapter 13 with them. Walter made me aware of all the upside and downside of filling, what is required to file all the documents I would need to supply etc. Throughout the entire process if I had a question I would call and he answered or if I left a message it was returned when it was possible for Walter to call back, it was never the next day but within minutes or maybe hours. My case was granted and with the classes provided for money management through the courses I took I feel great. Thank you Walter.
