Rachel knows exactly how to BAIT their clients , and then keeps them long enough till the expired time is near giving you no choice but to drop the case because the time is up or try an find legal help somewhere else. "Unreliable and negligent is this law firm they dropped the case an shut it down prematurely!! For almost 2 years this went on and know one cared or considered our grieving family threw out this process...we never spoke to a lawyer with over a 100 phone calls the only available persons were the Receptionist who than drove you back to intake Rachel...so the Nursing home who took mother's life away from us was just our beginning..all of these people are just getting away with all of thee above "Avoid this law office and do your homework on any law firm that you choose, Mckeen has showed disregard for our needs and for not getting justice..this is inhumane..Timing is everything an thats their power..
