I have to say Ms. Micheals deserves a 10 star rating instead of 5 stars. She exceeded all of my expectations in my case. She always answered all of my questions and took care of any concerns I may have had. She was always reachable, her and her assistant, which is awesome as well might I add make a great team. Ms. Micheals really took the time to calm my nerves, and assure me that I was in good hands. I really put my trust in her and she did not faiI me in any way.
