I came to him because I needed a real estate contract drawn up and his office was conveniently located. I was up against somewhat of a deadline and Hadi was able to get the contract done for me when I needed it and more importantly without any issues. I found him quick to respond to calls and emails and very good at explaining the ins and outs of the contract terms. I have a few rental properties and my last tenant moved out without paying his water bill.  By the time I realized it, the bill hadn’t been paid for over a year. Tenant refused to pay so I decided to call Hadi.  He prepared a demand letter, talked with the tenant, and got me my money in less than a week. It was an annoying thing to deal with but I’m more than satisfied with the outcome, and Hadi also offered me some good tips for dealing with tenants moving forward.
