This guy is a joke and a big circus clown. Don’t waste your money, time or energy. He will make matters worse for you with his astounding stupidity and incompetence. Better off getting a public defender.

Mr. Maurice Davis I thank him for his great job he did for my son. The case was very complicated but he did a great job with no records at all. I will recommend him to anyone I know. I will give him 10 stars if I could.

DO NOT i repeat to not hire this attorney, he strictly is just in it for the money. Maurice isn’t actually doing this to help people. He purposely turned in paperwork late so my sister couldn’t go to trial. From the beginning we told him we wanted to go to trial and he told us “no” even after we paid 15,000. He never had information to back up his statements in court, so he could make us look bad & not go to trial. & even after we discussed going to trial, the day of sentencing he told us he he didn’t want to. How can you tell your defendant after 4 months of telling them you wanna go to trial that you just don’t want to. Do not hire this man he is HORRIBLE.

Almost convicted of a felony because Davis: 1) Didn't go over any of the material I gave him before the probable cause hearing. 2) Didn't think it was necessary for us to get together and go over the incident that caused my arrest. 3) Showed up over an hour late for trial. 4) Asked me at the probable cause hearing what should he ask the Plaintiff? Even though I was innocent, I ended with a misdemeanor plea that I had to tell him to ask the Prosecutor for. I wouldn't recommend him to fight a parking ticket. He spreads himself too thin and does not give each client's cases their due amount of time and attention.

Maurice did his due diligence and was able to get all charges thrown out by the prosecution. His prices are reasonable. He and his colleague Spencer Clayton kept me in the loop and both were always available when I had questions. With their help my professional licensing were not jeopardized. Thank you both for everything!!

This guy is a joke. My brother paid him 40,000.00 to take a case to trial, Davis didn’t call any witnesses didn’t do anything my brother asked him to do. He didn’t cross examine witnesses on the prosecutors side. Final after two months of my brother being convicted and sitting in jail Davis called him just to tell my brother “ well I guess we shouldn’t have takin it to trial “ there is a complaint with the ABA that will be filed on the 18 of December 2020. Save your money and get a real lawyer again this guy is good for nothing.

I cannot thank Mr. Davis enough for his outstanding fight to victory that was performed in my felony carrying concealed weapon case. I was able to see all charges dropped in order to save my perfect record. He was consistent from start to finish and he worked it all out in my favor. I can never thank you enough Mr. Davis. You have truly made a huge impact on the livelihood of myself and my family. I would recommend this lawyer a million %.
