They're extremely personable extremely accommodating. I'm very patient. They make it feel like home. With a head injury that I'm dealing with it made a very hard you manage a lot of things. But they set me up with people to make my life easier. And we're extremely patient and understanding when there were delays. I don't know if they all just seem like really good-hearted people. Kind of feels like home when you're dealing with them. They genuinely care.
