Slip and fall, I called the.office to inquire and get some info, the receptionist Kim answered and was very polite, within minutes I got a callback from one of the attorneys, Matt. Although he said I didn't have a real.good case he was knowledgeable, genuinely interested and caring for my well being. My opinion give these guys a call.

I would like to say I work everyday with people I'm also a customer service employee in many of my jobs I have so to me customer services and being very professional is important also. I will say that this office and the employee Abby is and was very professional in talking listening and helping me with my problem and even tho I'm in another state she was very helpful professional to me. Mike Nichols is hands down the person I’d entrust the most important times of my life to. I was a client, and he treated me with respect, returned my phone calls in a timely manner, and most importantly, he was always well prepared. When Mike enters the court room, you can be assured he knows the case like the back side of his hand. Being a former TV reporter, he has a great court room presence and is very well spoken. I’ve personally recommended him to friends several times, and I’ve only gotten the same rave reviews I personally offer. If there is a better attorney in mid-Michigan, I’ve never met them. I hope I never again need an attorney, but if I do, I’m going to Mike.

Hands down the most unprofessional law firm I've ever dealt with, the most expensive too! Only got a reminder call for my court hearings once...in the 11 months my case dragged out. Prosecution failed to produce evidence after 4 court hearings, but did my attorney ever press to get things moving? Nope! Cost me 5k for two court appearances and the same charge I was orginally charged with. Any other law firm I'd be done wit my probation by now. 100% avoid at all costs, they just take your money and do nothing for it. 5k two court appearances...my attorney made damn near 5k/hour!!!

My daughter inlaw called this place trying to help my son..I am going over the reviews and no one seems to be giving colline a good review..This woman had my daughter so upset today after a free consultation,there was the owner that called back to give her another attorney name..I cant get passed that my daughter was looking for help..Colline was even late to the consultation...I dont think the owner will say a word to this woman..Thank you Colline for ruining my daughters day as she is 8 months pregnant and did not need that stress..Thank you for judging her family with out even trying to hear what she had to say...Thank you for laughing at my son situation...Karma is still alive maam..
