I'm a 60 year old man and have had many occasions in my lifetime to engage an attorney for a number of reasons, I was disappointed with all of those other attorneys but Mike Nichols. Mike is in a class of his own, second to none. Mike has represented me in (3) DUI cases, that's right, three. I was literally a nervous wreck, but Mike guided me through the mess fighting every step of the way. Communication was key, and he responded to every one of my phone calls, emails and texts most promptly. I was always calmed and reassured by Mike that I would be ok. He turned the worst legal time/s of my life into something I could deal with. It's the unknown that causes the stress. If Mike was not there for me, I have no idea what I would have done. Mike is the best at what he does. He specializes, cares, he fights, and he gets results. Most attorneys just take your money and "process" you. Mike fights for you! I served no jail time, and after the whole situation was over, I was able to return to a normal life and put the whole ordeal behind me. Where do I begin? I honestly thought my work ethic was second to none...Then I met Mike Nichols! He is just completely amazing. I have never met anyone more dedicated to his clients. He's smart, caring, sensitive, determined, ambitious, easy to talk too AND understand. Several of us went to lunch and Mike sat in a corner eating over his notes and documents making sure he was ready for the next round. He was alway's prepared for whatever was thrown at him. His staff was also hard working and ready to please. The respect they had for Mike and Mike for them says a lot about how this business is run. I really can't say enough about all of them. I hope never to need an attorney but if I do I know who to call.
