Attorney Michael Nichols was the attorney for my niece as she faced false misdemeanor charges. Detective based his argument on hearsay, then feeling, to believe, and finally proof. Nichols found a way to argue the case from the detectives report - which was the bases for misdemeanor charges - and the judge threw out the charges after reading the trial brief presented. Great to work with, professional, and excellent presentation.
