After my 17 year old got into a car accident, we called Tiffany to help us try and get the ticket reduced to a no point charge, so our insurance wouldn't raise our rates drastically. Tiffany called me back right away and we engaged her the next day. She took care of everything for us at a reasonable rate and the ticket was reduced to a no point violation and will not go on insurance. Living in Chicago this would have been difficult for us to deal with. I hope to never have to use Tiffany again, but would not hesitate to call her if needed.
