My 13 year old son was put in an unfair and absolutely ridiculous situation involving the juvenile courts in Saginaw County, in which myself, my husband, and my son were very upset because of all of the unknowns, having never been involved in the court system before. She was always avaliable to us and exceeded my expectations when it came to communication - always prompt, even when she was in court for other clients. Which can be very difficult as I am a night shift worker and always opposite everyone else's schedules.
