We recently went through Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Mr. Bishop made the whole experience very straightforward and easy, and the bankruptcy went very quickly and smoothly. The price of the whole bankruptcy was also very reasonable.

I was referred to Mr. Bishop by three different people. They all said that he was great and they were so right. He made the chapter 7 process easy for me. I have been very happy with Mr. Bishop. I was very nervous about having to file bankruptcy. He made me feel very comfortable. He took time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood everything. He filed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy for me. Everything went great with my case. I feel so much better now. Mr. Bishop was very pleasant. He made the experience much less scary than I thought it would be. He explained everything very well. After talking to him I really felt that I understood all my options. I left his office with confidence that I would be okay. I was so happy that I get to keep my house and my car!
