Very helpful and knowledgeable about many cases that you might have. Can't say enough how good they are

If you look up scumbag you will find a picture of this law firm attached. I was charged $1500 to do $900 worth of work then they never actually filed my case with the court system. I can't wait to see Rob's scumbag reply to why he kept my $600 that was never billed and how they were able to charge me anything without actually doing anything. The attorney working on my case left the law firm. Run away after I hired him I never found 1 person to say anything good about this dump.

I was very confident in my decision to hire Rob to represent me at the end of my domestic custody case. I paid him his consultation fee over the phone for a one hour session. It lasted 15 minutes. I never said anything assuming he would add it to my future retainer. He told me to bring him $500 more and we would spend 2 hours going over the case, to bring him both my court case files which I paid for and brought to him after paying the $500 he told me to bring. Instead of a 2 hour session and going over the case like he told me we would, we met for about 20 min and he told me to bring him $2500 more and he would represent me and he told me to take my files back with me and bring them to him when I had the $2500. After 2 weeks I called his office and told them I could not afford to hire him after all and would like to pick up my $500 that I paid but didn’t receive services for. After 3 emails and several calls to his office he finally emailed me back claiming he owed me nothing and also claimed he had spent an hour and a half in 3 separate sessions with me, time going over my case files which he did not have and could not have obtained himself, and a spew about how much he normally charges an hour. I don’t know if he was completely confused and mistaking me for someone else or if he’s just that cheap that he’d lie in order to steal a person’s hard earned money but if its the latter it’s a really greedy and deceitful thing to do. If he is mistaken maybe he should lighten his work load. I still have my receipt and proof you never obtained my files as you claim as well as witnesses that know our sessions were a one 15 min and a one 20 min sessions. If you wanna do the right thing Rob, return my money please. To sum up my experience in dealing with him I would say disappointing is the best way to describe it. He really seemed like a no nonsense go getter who can get the results your looking for. And if you can get passed his arrogance he really is very intelligent and seems to have connections and seems to charm his way into the ladies who work at the courthouse and other legal offices into providing him information they normally wouldn’t take the time to give out. He’s easy on the eyes so that helps too.

Very helpful and could tell really cared about me and not just money

In early 2020 I became involved in an identity theft case and for two years received threatening calls and messages from debt collection attorneys. Understanding my innocence and confident in my abilities, I choose to fight this on my own. Wrong decision! In our first and only meeting Rob reached out to the plaintiff and within a month the case was dismissed with prejudice, meaning I can never be charged again. We hired Rob to handle the adoption of my 2 boys to my wife. Rob was very professional while also being personable, an impressive feat. He did not indulge in any unnecessary contact. His staff was always available to me when I had questions and I felt very well informed throughout the entire process. Pricing was very transparent and reasonable. His advice was sound. Attorney Augustine all in all was effective at what I needed him for. He worked with the courts an Got my charges dropped from 5 years to 6 months probation and fees. Granted he was a bit pricey as far as looking at some of the itemized services that were rendered. But I guess that is to be expected from any decent lawyer. He seemed a little to busy at times and I did most of my communications through Adam Denton. At the end of the day though they seemed to work well together and made a huge difference in the outcome of my case. As far as calling the office for billing an things of that nature, it was generally a nightmare. 9 times out of 10 you get sent to a call center that is completely separate from the office an were most the time not helpful at all. An the times I did get to the office one of the ladies was very rude an uninformitive.

Recommend this firm. Agustin Henriquez represented me and I was very impressed. No nonsense and straight to the facts. Saved me thousands of dollars and kept me out of jail. Need a local lawyer ask for Agustin.

Horrible. If i could give NO stars i would. My husband inquiried Robert during a manic mental health crisis, Robert was aware of his mental unstability and still offered to take him on as a client, he was mentally not well. Robert had no remorse taking $8000 from my husband the first time meeting. My husband was taken advantage of, We reached out to Robert, only took several weeks. He agreed to give back some money but in payments each month, What kind of attorney company does not have $5500 in money available to be able to pay back? We allowed the monthly payments, it is now due for our last check from him and we are being ghosted. We have the email from him going over the refunded payments. We have reached out several times, even stopped at his office and still have not received the money. Do not go to him. He took advantage of my husband. Clearly he knows it since he is giving part of a refund. Should of been a full refund, he stated he did things but he didnt. Please read reviews before booking him.

He was more worried about how he “looked and reputation” than the case. My mother did most of the work (wrote down all detailed events, organized, and told him we could sue, his response was “oh ya you can do that). Waste of money and time.
