Hirzel law saved my personal paradise. A new neighbor wanted to start a wedding venue on a private lake owned by four families in a zoned resi without a HOA. Joe Wloszek informed Twp that their conditional use permit was a ruse to perpetuate a business plan that they had already started with a website and other google advertising.New neighbors pulled their proposal before Twp meeting after being questioned about this new evidence.
