A few years back, I found myself in the situation where I needed to file for bankruptcy. Although I dreaded this decision, Attorney Shirley Horn made the process as smooth and painless as possible. From the first meeting I was comfortable with her and her knowledge of the process. She was clear on what I should expect, what was required of me, possible hurdles we could encounter and what the time frame would be. The fees she quoted me for her services were fair, and there were no hidden or surprise cost later. Once I provided the necessary information, her and her staff did all the work, while keeping me informed of any updates in my case. When my case was successfully discharged, I believe Attorney Horn was more excited than I was.
