David Eagles helped make a bad situation a little easier to get through. A divorce is difficult and David handled everything for me. I would definitely recommend him to anyone going through a divorce.

I was heartbroken for months, not seeing my son due to a Parental Alienation situation. Then, Carmen assisted me in the necessary steps to get my parenting time back. First let me say I have a husband with an evil ex wife so we have been in court constantly over 14 yrs and I participate in animal rights based lawsuits, so I have dealt with about 20 attorneys in my life time. The first thing that set Jay apart for me was the fact he actually reviewed and understood the very confusing material I gave him. I normally have to repeat things over and over.. Jay had it all down and in a timely manner. He was always available to me when I needed an answer. The second thing that set him apart was Jay managed to obtain what I wanted without even stepping foot in court! Just wow... The last thing was Jay provided an itemized bill and REFUNDED my money that was not used. This is truly mind blowing to me.. Never has an attorney refunded money, heck I just paid a $3500 retainer last year for an attorney to do less work and never saw a dime in refund... Just mind blowing to find an attorney like Jay with integrity. I hired Jay from Tennessee for an animals rights case and he is in Michigan (where the lady is located). I am VERY sad he is not a local attorney to me, I would keep him for life. I wish there were more lawyers in this world like him.

I was seen for a consultation in early January of 2015. I ended up meeting with Mary Mahoney at Schwartz law firm. I presented my case, and I wanted to know her opinion on if we could win. She ended up taking my case. Long story short. She never followed up, she wouldn't return my emails, she would return my calls. After months and months of being ignored I went to the lead attorney Mr Schwartz. I told him what happend. He brought be to the law firm and told me that I didn't have a case. So after months and months the of thinking I had an attorney backing me up, he apologized on her behalf and told me to have a nice day. What she did was highly unprofessional. She should have never taken my case. I think she knew I didn't have a case, but she wanted to make money off of me. She kept lying about where she was at with things, and she would never follow up with me. I would never recommend this lawfirm. Even though Mr Schwartz was upfront with me about what happend, Mary Mahoney lied and deceived me. It took me months to calm down, and even now I am still hurt that I was taken advantage of for nearly a year.

I can't say enough how great the service was that I received from Schwartz. From the initial conversation to the final settlement and after, the communication, response to questions, and personal attention to my case was fantastic. For a firm that I assume has numerous clients, it was impressive that every time I came to the office, I was greeted by name at the front desk. The process was explained simply, and every email or phone call I sent with questions was returned promptly. I truly felt there was a general interest in things going on outside of my legal proceedings, and that personal connection is really important to me.
