Shawn showed every last competency listed above while handling my case. Shawn displayed a commitment to my case that I have never experienced in the legal arena before. On top of that, I received a refund in the mail for an accidental overpayment I had made. Accompanying the check was a handwritten note from Shawn once again thanking me for my business. I remember thinking "I knew I found a talented one, and he's honest!" And did I mention he also WON? I will not get into specifics of my case, I will say I was being sued and counter suing for a substantial amount of money by a large business that wasn't exactly being honest. Mr. Shawn Head is the pinnacle of what it takes to be a professional in this field. He handled everything in my case with the upmost care, and he always made sure I was 100% aware of what was happening, and what would happen next.
