Very compassionate people , they were able to sympathize with me as I was going through the toughest time In my life. Even went out of their way to send tasty treats as a get better soon after my surgery. We had the outcome we were hoping for as well 10/10 recommend this Law Firm!

I had reached out to other big name law firms in the metro Detroit area and was told that my case wasn't worth enough to be their client. That was not the case when I called Sam Bernstein. David Elkin took my case and from the start explained how everything would work and how long the process would take. He kept me updated the entire time and answered every question I had even when I asked about legal advise that wasn't for my actual case. He was amazing and was able to get all medical bills of mine paid which the insurance company didn't want to pay and he got me covered for any future medical expenses to do with my injuries. Which is all I wanted from the start but the icing on the cake was he got me a cash settlement also, which I had never expected. If you need a firm to really put you first, I would recommend The Sam Bernstein Law Firm. My Attorney was Justin Cole. He was compassionate, honest, and timely even when the information was not what I was hoping to hear. The firm, from attorney to, paralegal, assistants and anyone else I needed to reach, took my calls and when I did have to leave a message, I received return calls very quickly. I never felt like I was nagging or bothering them for updates because usually they called me before I even felt the need to call to ask. My case was handled efficiently and as effectively as possible. We worked together and Justin Cole and his support staff listened to my concerns as we worked through the process and the outcome is the best that was possible in my situation.
