I was attacked by a dog and the Bernstein Law firm was there for me every step of the way! I highly recommend! They were very thoughtful and answered every question I had!

dont use these lawyers they stick up for hospitols who try to kill u. i called cause our cheboygan mclaren northern of cheboygan diagnosed me wrong three times and treated me with meds for all wrong things yet hospitol aslo did nothing for me as i was told kidney stones apendix and mass on kidney i ended googleing natural foods and it flushed bowels out and fixed myself fixed my self in the end and im just a high school drop out and was able to out do four doctors whos got dagrees sad huh. they also gave me very dangerious to the kidneys the pill was called ketoralac if u google it that will cause kidney failure yet gave it to me for kidney problems how dumb right. although i figured out was bowel blockage on my own that was screwing with my kidneys but noe one wanted to do thier properly i called these guys and all cause i was in a er i got no primary doc but said cause i wasnt able toget a second opinion being an er and since that messed my gut up real badly and i got no one to help see if med did any damage and almost died from them four times in one week basicall tgis law firm told me to get screwed cause they aint gonna help go after them so in end i basically told i gotta let cheboygan mclaren northern hospitol to kill me off great number one law firm huh tell ya pet others kill ya cause they wont help

I called Sam immediately following being attacked by a dog. I have dealt with insurance companies before and they want you gone for as little as possible or will ignore you completely. I learned this lesson when I was young, and chose to not waste time dealing with an insurance company unarmed without an attorney ever again. I chose correctly in choosing SAM. They sent out a wonderful man who met with me on my schedule and went over every document with me and every expectation, took all the photos and was extremely professional. My lawyers all though dealing with insurance companies is slow going always took my calls and answered any questions. They would call back immediately.
