I was hit head on in an accident almost 2 years ago. I was badly injured, trapped in the car and after Jaws of Life cut me out, I was sent by LifeFlight to the hospital. I was so scared, not only for my life, but also for my future. My husband contacted Sam Bernstein (yes...he talked to Sam himself) and they agreed to take my case. I had a couple of people there that I knew I could call any time day or night and could get the answers I needed.

I was taken care of from start to finish. I called the law firm in December 2018, almost 3 years after my accident. I thought staff would laugh in my face for waiting so long (I had no intention of suing until I found out insurance was getting involved and had to defend myself), but I spoke to a secretary who took my story and she right away connected me to sam Bernstein and my lawyer, Leonard Miller. I truly didn’t expect much since their payment wasn’t guaranteed, but every time I came to the (clean, beautiful) office I was treated with respect. I was only called to appear in the office twice and didn’t have to go out of my way anywhere else. I felt comfortable whenever I called to ask questions. Shereen, Sandra, and Pat were always pleasant with me and returned my calls in a timely manner. My lawsuit has been settled within a year. If i allowed Leonard continue fighting instead of accepting the very fair settlement I was offered, I’m sure I could have received a bigger settlement but this issue has already caused me so much stress and anxiety and I’m glad to be done with it. I’m thankful for the care and expertise that was shown to me. I would wholeheartedly refer anyone who needs help to contact the law office of Sam Bernstein Side note: I was using my sam Bernstein coffee mug at work, when a coworker made a snide remark. Another coworker jumped in and told everyone about the work the Bernstein family does for their community. They have a great reputation for their work AND for their philanthropy

Please help. Sometimes you have to replace your old toxic family a find 1 accepting. Thats all ilk say for now. Look at all who told on themselves. Look what med7cal did to my family i had left and still trying to do. Heyoka is a differ name other places. Can my late wifes last wishes please be respected. Sad they even kidnapped my late wife and my only child. Please help
