I haven't used Sam Bernstein yet but I always see the commercials so I called to get some information. I spoke to a young lady named Star and she was very helpful, very informative and pleasant during my inquiring about the firm. To me good customer service is everything! I work on the front end of medical office and I give every person I come in contact with my best! That first person of contact can be a deal breaker in if you gain a new customer. I am very confident that I will get the best care from rest of the staff when I decide to go forward.
