I was hit by a complete stranger on my way home from work and spent 3 days in the emergency room. I was told by my own Insurance company that I didn't have a case. The Bernstein law firm accepted me over the phone and got me paid. The Insurance companies fear Sam Bernstein.

I want to say thank you for the excellent service that you gave to my husband.
My husband got hit by a car, while walking in a parking structure. He went through knee surgery. During his recovery he did research for a law firm to help him with his case. He chose Bernstein.

Calling Bernstein first would have been the right choice. Other attorneys had left me rather pessimistic about success. The Bernstein firm was successful, professional, and user friendly to work with.
