I was involved in a rear-end crash,not my fault. 90 days after the accident my insurance company stop paying on my claim and left me with nowhere to go. I came to the Sam Bernstein office. At the Sam Bernstein office I had several legal secretaries at all times to assist me. I always had somewhere to turn. When I would call down and out, not knowing where to turn, Lori would encourage me and tell me everything's going to be alright. My attorney Michael battersby was like dealing with a personal friend. Michael battersby on all decisions of my case would contact me and make me feel like I was in charge of my own case and I was the boss.

My father’s and stepmother’s cases were handled quickly and very professionally. We were always able to talk to the attorney assigned to us whenever necessary and Miranda was extremely helpful, however our case was very cut and dry. The 1/3 share taken by the firm was very easily earned by them. I learned later that the fee is often negotiable with many law firms if it’s this simple. We didn’t do our homework.

So glad I contacted the Bernstein Law firm. My husband was in a very serious car accident in July 2017 which left him unable to work due to a traumatic brain injury and spinal/nerve injuries.
