Don’t waste your time on nursing home neglect if your love one didn’t die!!! Despite what is clearly listed on their website, they are only concerned with injuries and neglect that leads to death. An injury law firm telling me an unstagable pressure ulcer and undiagnosed stroke aren’t “injuries” if they didn’t cause death. Save your time and call a smaller firm. You would think that a bedsore so large it left a hole you could put 4 fingers in (per the doctors) and so infected it lead to sepsis, would be classified as an “injury”. But I guess without death or the “injury” causing death, that’s not lucrative enough. As a paralegal, I know that bedsores are litigated and do not need to cause death to be considered an injury. It’s called negligence. But I found a smaller firm that has no problem with these “smaller” cases. Again, don’t waste your time with them, go to a smaller firm with empathy and compassion.

My case was a little extra because there were more moving parts and getting an estate in order in order to sue, everything was made super easy and great communication the entire time

Funny they want to be noticed with the Lyons. In your face kind of firm!! Maybe hoping the Lyons will boost their business. Pathetic to say the least!!!. They tell so many untruths. Must be desperate for business!! Nothing warm or sincere. One word sums it up: obnoxious!!!
