I don’t know how these people are getting five star ratings they’re terrible! If I could have given them a zero writing, I would have. Ever time I see their commercials on TV I am sickened. I hired them in January of 2010 after an accident that occurred in December of 2009. They assigned an attorney to me, Brian Fantich whom I never met me face-to-face. Other than the initial meeting with one of his office assistants Daphne, all correspondence were done over the phone. His assistant Daphne probably did more than he did. Over three years, I think I received twp calls after I insisted on a callback. Mr. Fantich calling me from his car phone assured me he was indeed working on my case. After three years of constant run around, I finally fired them. I finally hired an attorney who knew what she was doing. She retrieved all my case files from Bernstein and settle the case in three months. My new attorney said Bernstein hadn’t touched my files in the entire three years. Unfortunately, because Sam Bernstein’s office sat on my case for so long I ended up with a small settlement because of timeframe. After paying the new attorney fees, I ended up with a very small settlement. My portion went to medical bills . To this day I am in so much pain from the accident I suffered in December 2009 that I have not been able to live a normal quality filled life. So please run as fast as you can before you think of hiring this law firm.

I was injured in a terrible car accident. After talking to my car insurance company, I knew I needed help and called the Sam Bernstein Law Firm. It's hard to put into words the gratitude I feel for Joe and Paula. They were very sympathetic and always kept in touch with me. Joe took on the insurance companies and made sure all my medical expenses were paid for. Thanks to the Sam Bernstein Law Firm I now have my smile back !!

I had the pleasure of working with Attorney Alex Waldman from the first moment I spoke with him I had a since of relief. He not only listen to me and my concerns but he seemed to care. He kept me informed and educated me on what I should expect along the way. He was honest and didn't give me false hope. He won my case and for that I am very thankful to Alex and to Tamara for there hard work.

The Sam Bernstein Law Firm Handled my Dad’s case with the up most professionalism. I can not say enough positive things about Paul Davis. My dad struggles with Dementia and this is my 1st time being a DPOA for a parent and Paul gave me all the time and patience that I needed to make me feel comfortable and reassure my dad. He took my calls and questions seriously & helped us understand the delays. He was by our side every step of the way and made sure everything was taken care of, if something was off he corrected it right away & even took my calls after hours around my work schedule. Paul really understood the sensitive nature of dementia & handled my dad with care & compassion! Would definitely recommend them after this whole encounter, they are not “just some big tv add” they are the real deal!

I could not of had a better Lawyer than David Elkin. He worked very hard on my case. He kept me updated as Covid slowed the process. He answered every question that I wanted answered. He stood up for me in court when their Lawyer was badgering me. I highly recommend the firm to anyone looking for a Lawyer, and David would be the Lawyer I would tell them to ask for.

I talked with Dawn and she referred me to someone who was suppose to call me within 24 hours. It's been 3 days. I'm about to look somewhere else.

I called Sam Bernstein’s office after my accident. I was scared and unsure of what to do. Everyone I talked to, or my husband talked to, was so compassionate, so calm and answered any and all questions we had. I never felt like I was a bother when I called and had questions. They would call just to check up on me and ask how I was doing and how my healing process was doing. They worked very hard on my behalf, and kept me in the loop with everything was going on. I was very happy with the end result, and happy that was a treated with so much respect.

If you ever run into a problem with an insurance company, or you get injured in a car accident or some other type of incident god forbid befalls you or your family. I have 2 words for you, "Call Sam". I have come to believe personally in the ability of their staff. especially, Morgan and Lee-'ah who worked on my case. they were wonderful. I knew everything that they knew. they kept me very well informed. Everyone that works on their staff is just as wonderful. Anyone I spoke to was polite and always got the message where it needed to so Yeah Team!!! I will tell you this when I called their office my insurance company, more likely the accident rep was moving slower than molasses in January. and I was in a collection agency for $49,000 for the surgery that was life/altering to me on my spine. 6 months and she had NEVER EVEN LOOKED at the bill. Can you imagine? I couldn't. and within a day or two of getting my case, things were moving and shaking better and faster than I had seen in 6 months!! and I also got a NEW REP at the insurance company. who was SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE FIRST ONE!!!! I had a great experience with this firm, and I will highly recommend them ALWAYS!!! AND AS I SAT THE BEGINNING of my review, if you ever find yourself in need of help a GREAT LAW TEAM, 2 WORDS "CALL SAM". THEY are all fantastic people who know what's what and the know the law. And if you are lucky, you might even get Morgan and Lee-'ah like I did and see how nice they are for yourself.
