**EDIT**UPDATE** So I started off with a one Star review for reasons left below. But within hours this morning, Mr. Mark Bernstein called me personally. Apologized for how things were handled assuring me that is NOT how this company is ran. Taking the time to not only address the issue with the way his call was handled and letting us know that it would definitely be addressed, but also to put him in touch with the correct man at the firm to speak with. Which called us back VERY quickly. After speaking with them we found that they were not able to help at this point of our journey but again helped find the next direction to go. Thanks for letting me know that your company should be held up where it is!! My husband was told to get a second opinion on his case by the first attorney. Called Sam's office, had to get a call back which is no big deal. But, when he got back ahold of the woman from Sam's office she was THE RUDEST person that we have had to deal with in a long time! Repeatedly cut him off as he was trying to explain what his initial lawyer told him to let them know and then hung up. So much for being our first family of law!! Will never get my business or a referral for anyone I know. I would hate to have anyone else to have to not only go through the struggle of the disability and going through the process but then to be treated like this is ridiculous!

After 9 years, 11 months and 6 days, I still feel like im dreaming. If ever there was a "dream team" it starts with Matthew Annese and Marina "too beautiful" Murray. From the front of the house to the back wall i was treated like family, they are professional, caring, determined and their "never quit never back down" attitude kept me strong and my faith in them unwavering! Before my accident I was a Baptist minister and Professional drummer and after 15 back surgeries and a near death experience i was ready to throw in the towel but they stayed in touch and Marina's awesome caring and motivational speeches told me how wrong I was. Matthew was dynamic in the courtroom and against all odds to include a judge who was determined to rule against me, Matthew handled himself and my case above and beyond reproach and when the the verdict came back 7 to 1 in my favor that had to have been next to being saved by Christ the most beautiful feeling Ive ever experienced! I know there are a lot of lawfirms trying to twist your arm and give you all kinds of reasons to go with them but this minister this drummer will always put his trust in the Sam Bernstein lawfirm because they get results!

The Offices of Sam Bernstein were very helpful in the lawsuit of the insurance company that insured the person's that took the life of my brother in a hit and run when nobody else would. The Bernstein's were the only law firm that didn't ask for money unless they could see the suit through and they did. A big thank you to Attorney Brain Zaid and secretary Maria, who was always professional and kind. Thank you all. You were truly like a family to our family in a dark moment of our lives.
