Paid them to file some paperwork with th IRS. Paid them again when they recommended using their accountants. It’s been several months and I can’t get a return phone call. Don’t trust them!!

They did tell me that the problem would not be solved overnight and I understand that it takes time to get this thing taken care of. I tried myself and was on hold for a few hours before being hung up on by the IRS. I talked with Korey first at Silver Tax Group and signed up, I spoke with the Owner of the Firm Attorney Silver a few days later. It was worth me knowing what I was into and how to get out of it. Everyone I spoke with at this Firm was knowledgeable about tax issues and I did look at other firms. I would recommend using them. They are not a huge Firm but not very small either.

I felt confident working with Silver Tax group until the money changed hands and then all sense of urgency stopped. Also, I paid $995 for an investigation that was not necessary, because it turns out the IRS did not have the ability to seize my 401k. It took me one call to my benefits provider to uncover that, yet Silver Tax spent days looking for a solution that was not necessary. Not very good research nor investigating.

The Silver Tax Group provides outstanding service, in both the legal and accounting aspects of tax compliance. I thoroughly recommend them. Our tax laws are tough to navigate, with jargon, gratuitous complexity and continually changing rules. But we're all expected to comply, even in gray areas where the authorities themselves are not clear how to interpret the law. Nevertheless, STG somehow keeps up with all this and provides expert advice and excellent assistance, including the thorny area of international taxation. But - above all - they treat their clients as human beings, with interactions that are courteous, professional and helpful. To me that was very important in this perplexing area, with its draconian penalties for mis-steps. I felt along the whole way to a successful resolution that STG was "there for me".
