I have worked with Law Offices of Kevin M. Wilhelmi team for many years related to my H1B work visa and immigration needs. They are very professional, responsive and knowledgeable in immigration and visa matters. They have successfully responded to RFEs issued by USCIS regarding my case, finally leading up case approval. They have helped submitting case inquiries as appropriate. I highly recommend them as it is very crucial to work good attorneys especially during these times when denials have high rocketed.

If you are looking for a firm to deal with immigration issues, this is the firm to go to. The way they handled the issues my h1 and PERM applications ran into was simply outstanding. The most important aspect I found with this firm was their quick response to the emails during and after the application process. Coordinating between me and my employer about the dozen plus documents that are required for filing with USCIS and making sure docs are not mixed up is no joke.. They are transparent about every aspect of the application process. If there is an RFE, you know exactly what it is and what their response is going to be which is amazing. I've seen a lot of other firms tied to large companies not revealing that info which puts the employee in the dark, but with Kevin's firm you wouldn't have that issue.
