He brought forward the judgement day by a week on zoom meetings without telling my lawyer, so I ended up defending myself without my lawyer... not a very good player, you could even say he's a cheater but everyone knows that lawyer rhymes with liar

Jan did an amazing job for me!! I had a very difficult case in which I had to prove my innocence against the word of two State cops. I was offered a plea deal numerous times, but I repeatedly turned it down because I hadn’t done anything wrong which was not making the judge very happy as my case wasn’t deemed very important. But I was being railroaded and wasn’t about to take a plea! Jan stuck by me the entire time, and his line of questioning of the two cops destroyed their credibility and I was acquitted on both charges!! He’s my new attorney for life!!

Daniel Moss is an extraordinary attorney. His ability to listen, and also be pragmatic and realistic, looking back was such a blessing.
