Hired Kevin for an issue we had with a troubled tenant of ours. The situation was resolved in no time - other than his odd taste in cars, i’d say Kevin is a standup guy and DEFINITELY gets the job done.

Jan Rubinstein and the Rubinstein Law Firm have exceeded my expectations as to what to expect from a lawyer and their respective firm. I have a small claims settlement that was initiated before COVID. During COVID, the process was placed on hold as with many other things. The Rubinstein Law Firm never stopped working on my case. Any time I had questions throughout the process, Mr. Rubinstein would personally respond to my emails and phone calls. He explains everything in a manner in which I can understand, and he is genuinely honest. I needed our Covid vaccination policy reviewed. Jeff turned it around in less than a day and pointed out things to watch for with pending legislation.

Jan did an amazing job for me!! I had a very difficult case in which I had to prove my innocence against the word of two State cops. I was offered a plea deal numerous times, but I repeatedly turned it down because I hadn’t done anything wrong which was not making the judge very happy as my case wasn’t deemed very important. But I was being railroaded and wasn’t about to take a plea! Jan stuck by me the entire time, and his line of questioning of the two cops destroyed their credibility and I was acquitted on both charges!! He’s my new attorney for life!!
