I worked for 35 years and never had a work-related injury. The Insurance Company was doing everything they could to deny I had an injury. I had no experience dealing with this and needed help. From my first call with Jeffrey Kaufman I knew right then and there, this was who I needed to navigate and represent me through this process. My injury occurred at the onset of the Covid crisis. We went through Court closures, a backlog of cases and the typical denial of wrong doing by the Insurance company. During this length delay, not once did Jeff or Amenda stop fighting for me.
