James (Jim) Kelly is not an honest or reliable Insurance Attorney! My parents retained him in July of 2018 to sue Allstate Insurance over a claim and paid Mr. Kelly a retainer fee of $1000.00 up front and that is the last they have heard from him outside of a bill mailed to them for $760.88. He does not return phone calls or text messages, his assistant says he is always in court therefore he is screening all calls from unhappy clients. You never know what office he is working out of, Rochester Hills, Farmington Hills, or Novi nor does he have an office of his own, he meets with potiential clients in conference rooms of several different Law Firms. I would not reccomend James (Jim) Kelly to represent anyone with an insurance issue.

Cocky, know it all that didn't know it all. Literally opening the door to the courtroom, Tells me our stance on our defense and I have to tell him no this is our stance, which he agred was best and went with. But with No proper prep and thorough argument. Failed to fill out the forms to get my confiscated items back so everything that was confiscated and I was supposed to be able to get back for a couple hundred bucks and it was thousands and thousands of dollars of stuff, he just forgot to fill it out in time so I lost all my stuff. One of my friends told me I should've fired him right there but for some reason I stuck with him and lost. He's not the worst lawyer I've ever worked with, but I do not recommend

Contacted Dan Hajji to clean up an insurance mess that another attorney left me with. Not only did he take care of it but he got me additional money that I didn't know I was eligible for. I now use him any time I have a legal matter and he always does 5 STAR work.

I walked in to the court house with the intentions of going to jail and I walked out the court house a free man no jail time ! Awesome lawyer and a great personality I hope I never need him again lol but if I do at least I know I am getting the best outcome possible

Mr Garbuzov is professional, personal attorney. He knows his field really well. He always delivers , what he promises. He is fair and honest, exceptional man.

Do not do business with Dan, he never showed up to my 2nd court date and never gave me a portion of my money back. As he promised to do so. Been 4 months since doing business with him. He charged $2,000.
