I am very happy with what Joey did for me. He spent several hours helping me with FMLA and keeping my job. I did not end up having to go to court to keep it and since he requires payment only if he wins, and I did not have to actually file papers and go to court he did not charge me anything. Several hours of help, A LOT of good information, I kept my job and he did not bill me at all. If I need a lawyer again, he will be my first call and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone else that needs a lawyer.

He was excellent. He did a fabulous job against a very stubborn employer.
