When a relative of mine needed his files from this firm, it seemed to be taking a while to get the files. When Alex Berman, his attorney, found out about the delay, he personally retrieved the files, packaged them, and hand-delivered them within a few hours, even though it was a weekend. While the original delay had been discouraging, we certainly were grateful that Mr. Berman went the second mile to make sure we got the files. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience with Mr. Kaufman. He always kept in contact with me and we had great communication about the status of my case. I felt he genuinely cared about my case.
