The worst experience I have ever had with a law firm.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Sad part is I didn't even get past a first call with the attorney because he assumed my whole conversation was about something I didn't even call about and kept trying to tell me how much money he cost without even hearing me at all. Very hard pass if that how they treat you on the very first call, no telling how he'd be in the future if he was representing me on anything at all... Plus he did a great job at trying to make me and my questions sound as if they were all stupid questions to be asking. If you don't wanna do free consultations then don't advertise he give them. Definitely wouldn't recommend to those who believe they need help in the legal field

Oh shyster, thy name is Barry Resnick! Better the devil you know, then the devil you don't. On that note, run away from this place as fast as you can. If there was a zero star rating, I would have given him that instead of one star. What Barry did to my 92-year old mother and me is beyond disgraceful and I will extensively elaborate further on that in another post. You don't take anyone's money, especially someone of advanced age like my mother, and then throw them under the bus. When he was supposed to be representing us, Mr. Resnick is on the golf course in Arizona instead! Because the person he was representing us against was a fellow attorney, who filed a false police report against me, this clown gets my case dismissed without prejudice and the plaintiff, who has the burden of proof, failed to provide a single piece of concrete evidence to substantiate her claims! If you don't want to represent a client against a fellow attorney, don't take the case Barry. Only an unethical and despicable attorney and human being would take someone's money and then fleece and misrepresent them, and that is Barry "Ransack." Forewarned is forearmed - why pay the maximum (which you will with Barry's exorbitant rates) and settle for the minimum (which is unequivocally what we got). Go elsewhere for far better service and your wallet will be heavier too! I believe that divine intervention finally directed us to Frank Cusumano in Macomb (perhaps the only ethical lawyer in the state?) and he was able to undo some of the damage that this unethical and unconscionable man, Barry Resnick did to my mother and I. (Q) Why are there so many lawyer jokes? (A) Because of people like Barry Resnick in the profession.
