Joe really made a difference in my legal life! He took such good care of me, and really won over my judge! I would recommend him because not only is he perfessional but he is very smart to respond to judges questions without being to pushy! He made sure I had all the paperwork sent to me and copies of everything we discussed. He was very honest about his time spent with me and made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my case!

On september 22 I recieved a ticket for Disturbing the peace. I contacted Mr.Lavigne about this incident since he was helping me out with a owi charge that is comming up and I did not want this to effect the situation with my other case. With haste he took care of this situation and my results were that I ended up with a impeding traffic fine, which will show up and a traffic violaation like a parking ticket and will not effect my insurace or my case up and comming. I was equally impressed with how well his name was recognised through the court room as well as his reputation with the judge. Very professional and very knowledgeable Attorney, I will reccomend him to all my friends and family.

Joe Lavigne was extremely helpful in reducing a ticket I received which carried three points to an infraction which carries no points. I was scheduled to appear in court but Joe was able to appear on my behalf and discuss my situation with several individuals including the City's Assistant Attorney and the presiding Judge. After having failed to convince the court to reduce my daughter's accident ticket at an informal hearing, Joe found a way to get it reduced to a parking ticket!
