A semi truck rear-ended my vehicle when I was sitting at a left turn lane. I called Michigan Auto Law and spoke to Jeff Bussell. He told me what was going to happen, what my legal rights were and it was my decision with whether I was going to pursue the case. After I had evaluations from my doctors, who discovered I had herniated discs in my neck and back, I decided I wanted to pursue a lawsuit. After a few months, Mr. Koltonow took over the case. He and his team were very courteous and kind, and answered multiple questions. He's been there through the whole process for me, assuring me that he would get some good results, and he did. He got real good results. All of the secretaries and staff were kind and prompt. Everytime I called Lenny or e-mailed him, he would get back with me within less than an hour. He always gave me updates. He asked me how my life in general was going. He sounded more like a friend than a lawyer, because he was concerned how my life was going. I wasn't just a dollar sign to him. He actually felt like a father figure, because he gave me guidance and really cared about me. I recommend Mr. Koltonow fully because the experience with my case was very good. I'm happy with the results and all in all, Mr. Koltonow is an outstanding lawyer. He really does care about his clients. Even after the case is over, he wanted me to go to a money manager to manage my settlement, so when I retire, I have something to fall back on since my injuries may prevent me from working in my old career.
