Ray was so helpful with a very difficult process that was hard for us to go through. He really cared and paid attention to our needs. I would recommend him one hundred percent to anyone. I felt like he treated us like family.

It was a blessing to have Raymond Cassar represent me. From the moment I walked through the doors I knew I was right where I needed to be. Ray and his associates were so professional and I was treated with nothing but kindness, respect, and compassion. All of my worries were put to rest because I knew I had the best Attorney in my corner. I could not have made it through without them!

Raymond made me feel at ease from the start. As someone who has never had to go through anything with the legal system before, the worry and fear were a little overwhelming. Medical bill was sent to this office and the office processed a payment agreement incorrectly resulting in additional fees. Would not correct their error. Horrible communication.

I had a hospital bill sent to this company and when I spoke with Diana May the companies Paralegal in December of 2023 she worked with me to set up a payment plan that she said would begin at some point after the holiday season (no specific start date was given). Diana let me know she needed to send me a payment agreement document to review/sign & return to the office. I requested the payment agreement to be sent via physical USPS. Diana ended up emailing the payment agreement to an incorrect email address instead of sending it via physical mail as agreed. After waiting to receive the payment agreement in the mail as expected and agreed on I reached out a 2nd time after the holidays to find out where the agreement document was, to make sure it hadn't been lost in the mail & to see how else to get payments started. At this point I found out the agreement had been sent to an invalid email address and that due to "lack of reponse" they had filed a court case. I spoke again with Diana about how things could be handled directly with the office instead of through court as it clearly was not needed and I have been willing to make payments. That day Diana resent the payment agreement to my correct email and I immediately made a payment in order to avoid any issues with the company since the agreement had not been received in a timely manor due to their paralegals error. The company accepted the payment & future payment agreement yet then two weeks later proceeded to send me a notice that I am now being charged extra fees (court/attorney). Due to the error made by the companies paralegal they still proceeded to continue with the order through the court and assess extra attorney/court fees instead of honor the original payment agreement. This company needs to remove the additional fees and continue on with the original payment agreement. I'm more then willing to pay what I actually owe for my original medical bill but not the extra bogus court/attorney fees due to the companies Paralegal making a mistake. Unfortunately the company does not want to own up to their error and instead continues to assess the additional fees to my original bill total. They need to stop taking advantage of people who are just trying to make their payments.

Called for immediate assistance and Mr. Cassar was available to assist with the best advice. If anyone needs assistance Raymond is the lawyer to call. I appreciate his honesty and help....

When we showed up at Ray’s office with our sad situation, we were welcome like we were family. Such a real life situation it was when we met Rita with open arms, boy does she like Andrew! We could never express how much we have been taken care of, and listened to and gotten help with our issues. Ray and his team took excellent care of us in our case and got us the best outcome. Best law firm in Michigan! Raymond and his firm were able to help me recently with a Domestic Violence Misdemeanor Charge. Ray was able to get my charge reduced and expunged from my record with good behavior. Raymond and those he employs are extremely knowledgeable and personable.
