Excellent representation!

I am so sorry that I went to this attorney. I never knew what was going on. When I emailed or called, I was repremended by Alex that I was wasting his time. They never helped me at all, they wasted a year of my time where I could of had a real lawyer working on my case. Do not use them. Reply to their note: I never ever called them more than 3 times and the 1 time I received a call from Alex he yelled at me she would not even allow me to ask one question after he got done reprimanded me he told me he'll call me when he's ready to speak to me and the only reason I called that time was to try to set up a meeting to try to find out what was happening with my case because I was getting no response that made any sense about my case when I emailed Marilyn. I got to a point in my case where I was having severe headaches I was seeing a speech therapist and they would continuously send a workers compensation nurse when I would go to the doctor I tried to get in to see a neurologist and a neurologist would not see me because there was a lawsuit involved and a workers comp nurse involved and every time I ask them to just let me go to the doctor on my own they sent one of those nurse people to the office ahead of me I walk into the office and be told sorry we can't see you I spent numerous times crying on the phone to Maryland about my problems with my head injury neck injury and shoulder injury they made lots of promises to me that they did not keep. I recently called the office so that I could get my paperwork so that I can represent myself at a trial that I thought was over that is not over that I got to attend on September 9th which was a surprise to me I was told by Mr Berman that he would send that paperwork right away well guess what he just called me today and he's sending it out and I should have it by tomorrow and if I don't get it by tomorrow I can call him on Monday on top of that mr. Berman then asked me if I would remove my review out of a courtesy to him because it upsets him when he gets bad reviews well I'm sorry I read your response and there's no way I contacted you three hundred times and think about this if somebody would make that many contacts tell me why are they doing it because they're not getting any feedback from their attorney and they want to know what's going on. Funny thing is the conversation I had with Mr Berman does not match the replied remarks that are on this review from his company. So no sir I will not remove this review you did not help me in any way I realized that I did not pay you anything so I am grateful for you to take my case from the beginning but now I am left with nothing and I was forced back to work or to be fired in a condition where I am not completely healed nor should be back to work. I have heard more from this attorney since I wrote this review than I did in the entire almost 18 months I had hired him It is very interesting that I have spoken to Mr Berman more in the last 30 to 45 days than I did in over a year so I will not continue this conversation because I am not in middle school but I wish everyone could read the emails that he has sent me they are nothing like the post that he posted here. It is very apparent that this attorney cannot take any criticism.

I worked with Marilyn the most. She was always willing to answer questions and honestly cared about me not just my file or injury. I was always aware of what should happen next. Marilyn fought the insurance very hard when they weren't holding up their end. We are finally at the end and we now know I will have what I need 😁

I am very pleased with the way Jeff Kaufman and his associates handled my workers comp case. After being severely injured at work it was clear I was gonna need several surgeries and a lengthy recovery process to ever have any chance of returning to my occupation. After 8 months of unanswered phone calls and checks that randomly showed up 6 to 8 weeks late I finally did what I should have from the beginning. Jeff took his time to explain to me the laws as best I could understand and made sure I was receiving everything that was needed to get me back to where I am at today.
