My son had an issue with MESC wanting him to repay unemployment benefits that he legally recieved. After we appealed it a couple times ourselves to no avail we hired Chris to handle it. Her office assistant Rae promptly contacted us and after a meeting and 1 hearing it was all cleared up and dismissed! The communication was excellent and the fee charged was very fair. I dont know if I could say thank you enough! Nearly 18 months after collecting unemployment during the pandemic, the UIA decided I did not qualify and that I needed to pay back over 22k. I fought my hardest against them on my own for nearly 8 months and won the case for about $1200. They still insisted I owe over 21k. This was when I finally reached out to Chris. She was extremely easy to talk to and walked me through the steps. She sent in my appeal in a timely manner, even though I gave her a close deadline because of my procrastination. That appeal led to my hearing with the judge who had already determined once that I owed. After she explained my situation and showed him my evidence, I was told there would be a decision soon.
