Mike is definitely one of the best if not the best lawyer in Genesee County. Mike comes off a little firm but in all reality he cares about his clients and the community. He’s a very fair and respectful guy. Threw out all the experiences I’ve ever dealt with Mike he always made me feel confident that he’d get the job done with the best resolution. Mike has represented a few people I know and has came out with great outcomes every time. We hired Mr. Tosto as our criminal defense attorney in an automobile accident case against our loved one. He was accessible, hardworking, highly responsive, and devoted. In the most stressful and uncertain time in our lives, he guided us with care and concern as he would his own family. His diligence ultimately led to the NOT GUILTY verdict that was deserved. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

I requested the legal representation of Manley and Manley, and when I showed up one of the lawyers said "he doesn't play", and said threatened to sue me if I didn't leave his office, going to Joumana instead.
