The most terrible experience with Craig Federlein I was taken advantage of. He will not return your calls, you can only speak to his assistant Kristie who is very rude, and treats you like your a bother. I paid $1,300 to retain his services, I was willing to pay anything to save my grandmothers home. After we weren’t able to achieve getting certain paper work signed, I was not offered any other legal advice, he ignored me until the home went up for auction. I still had a chance to try and save the home, I tried to call Federlein but I couldn’t talk to him because he was on vacation. When he returned from vacation it was too late. He and his assistant has caused so much pain to me and my family. I have struggled with so much anxiety and depression from this entire situation. All I wanted was a phone call from the lawyer I hired and some type of effort. PLEASE SPARE YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY of this entire law firm.
