I hired Mr. Marks for my case with retail fraud. I had two charges; one charge was much more than one account of retail fraud. While this was my first offense, I will extremely anxious and nervous the entire process. I made horrible choices, and Mr. Marks was able to get not one but both charges dismissed in court. He eased my mind during the process and always answered my emails/texts. I would highly recommend him for your case. He will get the job done.

I had ran a red light while drunk and smashed into a truck, flipping it over(somehow no one was injured). My blood work came back as super drunk. Although this was my first offense Shaun was able to get me off with 18 months probation, some fines and a madd class. Saved me from going to jail or prison. Forever grateful

I contacted Mr. Marks on March 19th in regards to a DUI my son had gotten on Feb.22.
