If you need an exceptional attorney, Shaun Marks is your lawyer. I had several driving violations including a couple DWLS infractions. These tickets were a huge embarrassment and I had no idea where to turn. I found Shaun on the internet, read the reviews and made an appointment that same week. I had tickets dating back to 2007 and a file over an inch thick. Needless to say the job Shaun took on was not an easy one, as there were two courts involved and multiple court dates. I could visibly see Shaun is highly respected and has built solid relationships. During one of the appearances the Judge continuously asked “Where is Mr. Mark’s case” meanwhile Mr. Marks was patient, friendly and kept me at ease. Within two weeks Shaun was able to CLEAR my driving record, no driver responsibility fees and not a single point was left on my record. Shaun is AMAZING. He is extremely knowledgeable and I recommend Shaun Marks to anyone who is looking for an attorney to get the job done and get it done right.

i had a rollover accident and and had a BAC of .28%. car was in a rollover and driver fled bc he thought i was dead. out of hospital they charged me with 2nd dui becuase no one else was at the seen of crime.. after a year of court and one day before trial for a 50/50 chance to get dropped, shaun got me a reckless driving. 600 fine and no probation.. 30 days without license is better then 2 years .. i thank him and recommend him to all... lapeer county

I was referred to Shaun Marks by an acquaintance; my experience with his services exceeded my expectations. I received two DUI charges for the mis-use of narcotic medication exactly one month apart in two different counties. My charges included a child endangerment and a felony possession (medication not in the legal prescribed container). My DUI’s were reduced to a reckless driving and misdemeanor possession charge. Child endangerment was also dropped, and I never lost my license. I received some probation and fines. In addition, I also had a probation violation; 6 months later. When I went to my probation violation hearing, and ended up in jail. I was facing 1 year in jail with a 250k bond. Shaun Marks was there within the hour and his proficient skills; had me released within a couple of hours from jail on a 1k PR bond. Shaun’s guidance and capability to work in multiple counties was vital in my cases. I have often been told that it’s not always a good idea to allow an attorney from a different county represent you in the county where your case resides. In this situation, I no longer deem that to be a true fact. Shaun had no complexity in negotiating the best outcome no matter what county he was representing me in. I can’t express how pleased I am with the services rendered by Shaun Marks. The dollars remunerated for his services were worth every bit.
