My husband and I worked with attorney Anne Fraim to create a will and trust. The intake documentation that she requested helped us to get organized, and the onboarding phone call was very comprehensive. She was able to break down the "legalese" in a way that we understood and could make the best decision to ensure our wishes were followed and our beneficiaries would have the smoothest process possible in inheriting our assets. We would absolutely use her services in the future.

I give the lowest rating to this law firm. My Mother recently passed away and my Dad preceded her in death years ago. Their trust was drafted by this law firm years ago by one of the founding members/partner of this firm. He was a very kind man, good friend of my family and a great attorney. When he passed away our family was sad to lose him. I had scheduled an appointment with an attorney to discuss my parents Trust and my role as Trustee. Prior to the appointment I was sent a worksheet to fill out and send back, which I did. I received confirmation the sheet was received days before my scheduled conference. At the time of my conference the attorney had not read/reviewed my worksheet, did not have a copy of it and was not prepared to speak with me. This is a difficult time for me and my family. I let this attorney know her firm let us down and so, I will seek representation or counsel elsewhere.

Seargant Title Company Said I could only use Scott Fraim or one other lawyer in order to get my name on a title. Which I found out from a completely different lawyer that it is a lie. I left two messages with scott receptionist and I got no call at all and it's been Weeks. Find another lawyer who actually returns phone calls of clients.

Barb Dawes is an excellent attorney! She did a phenomenal job representing me! She took on my case late in the game after I dismissed my original attorney on my case. She jumped right in and worked very hard to catch up on my case with my trial only being less than a month away, and she exceeded my expectations! She fought very hard for me and my cause, was very respectful towards me, and represented me outstandingly!! I highly recommend Ms. Dawes to others in need of counsel! She truly is the Best of the Best!! Thank you Barb for all your hard work and for fighting as hard as you did for me! You went above and beyond for me!! Very grateful having you on my side!!

She was hired as a GAL for minor child, in which she would dis regard any issues that directly impacted minor child. She does not have the child's best interest whats so ever.

Barb is a fantastic attorney. She is knowledgeable and respected in court. She did a great job representing me as a Dad with Sole Physical Custody in the state of Michigan. She fought hard, heard all of my concerns and made them known to the right people in my case. She respected my time as a working dad, and I believe her prices are fair/competitive.
