Dont pay upfront. Lost $1500 from Andrew because he said to trust him. First time thru for license reinstatement led me to believe I could trust him but for the full reinstatement after a year he just took the money and set up a date for the hearing while I was in basic training. Something he said wouldn't happen but it was funny that I couldn't get a hold of him 2 weeks prior to my ship out date for a refund.
