I was pulled over and gaven a ticket for having no insurance on my vehicle, I thought that my insurance was up to date and was in the process of switching to a different insurance company, so getting this ticket was very frustrating. Having no insurance on your vehicle is a misdemeanor. This would be my first blemish on my record. Instead of going through the court system and getting a court appointed laywer that could care less about my situation I called Springstead & Bartish law. I had heard of them through a friend that had ran into a difficult situation. Kathy Springstead handled my case, she was quick and effective. She was able to get rid of my misdemeanor and it would have been hundreds of dollars in fines. I ended up having to pay a 25 dollar fine and that was it. Kathy helped me out tremendously, she kept me informed which gave me peace of mind and I appreciated how hard she worked for me.

Kathy worked diligently to overturn a Secretary of State hearing to suspend my drivers license . I am very pleased with the outcome. Thanks again Kathy.
